As the builder, I constructed this large-scale project, which includes a pool house, RV garage, bar, and second-floor deck area, all conventionally framed with a roof truss system and large structural beams. From foundation to weather-tight shell, the work was completed with careful attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Designed as a space for the family, it provides durable and functional areas for recreation, entertainment, and gathering, combining scale with practical, lasting construction.
