Working closely with the historical board, the project carefully preserved the home’s original character while converting three-season porches into luminous, fully finished living spaces, completing a thoughtfully designed finished basement, updating bathrooms throughout, and remodeling the kitchen to blend modern functionality with timeless design. Every detail tells a story: the original maple and fir floors were restored, and a bespoke, handcrafted walnut fireplace now commands attention as the heart of the home.
